Important Safety Notice

To protect the health of all birds, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or used bird toys. Avian diseases can spread through contact, and we must ensure every item we sell is 100% safe and contaminant-free.

The "Arrive Safe" Guarantee

While we have strict rules on used items, we stand by shipping quality. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will provide support in line with this policy.

Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Items damaged during transit (must provide photos within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Incorrect item received (we sent the wrong size/color).
  • Unopened, original packaging cages or accessories within up to 30 days from delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bags of pellets, seeds, or treats.
  • Toys that have been removed from packaging or show signs of bird interaction.
  • Custom or personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a return label when applicable. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return eligibility is reviewed per item condition, product category, and destination route requirements.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
