Our support team consists of experienced parrot owners and avian specialists. We don't just track packages; we can help you choose the right cage size or troubleshoot diet transition issues.
Honest Recommendations
We will never upsell you a product your bird doesn't need. If a toy isn't suitable for your specific species, we will tell you. Avian welfare comes before profit, always.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). For order issues, damaged/incorrect items can be reported within 48 hours, and eligible unopened items can receive return support for up to 30 days.
