Treatment Protocol
Antibiotics (Enrofloxacin or Amoxicillin). Rehydrate with electrolytes. Keep warm.

Dosage: 2ml per quart of drinking water (10% solution)
Duration: 5-7 days

Dosage: 150mg/kg body weight, orally twice daily
Duration: 7-10 days
Dosage: Dilute per product instructions in drinking water
Duration: 3-5 days (during illness/dehydration)
After antibiotic course
Dosage: Per product instructions, typically once daily

Home Care
- +Keep warm at 30-32°C
- +Provide electrolytes in water
- +Bland diet — remove fruits and high-fiber foods temporarily
- +Clean droppings tray frequently to prevent reinfection
When to See a Vet
If bloody droppings appear, if bird becomes severely dehydrated, or no improvement in 3 days.
